Data stored locally

Participants, preferences, presets, history, logo and custom sounds are stored in your browser using localStorage and IndexedDB. They are not automatically sent to our servers.

Reports and suggestions

When you use the support form, you voluntarily send your message and, if you choose, your email. Technical diagnostics are optional and disabled by default.

If enabled, diagnostics may include the Rulixy version, browser, device, mode and participant count. They do not include your full participant list, logo, sounds or full history.

Cookies and analytics

Rulixy uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-WQKFFVDCW1) and Google Tag Manager to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used and to improve the experience.

These tools may process technical and interaction information such as pages visited, device type, browser, navigation events and approximate information derived from the connection. Rulixy does not send Google your full participant list, uploaded logos, custom sounds or the content of support reports.

Google may use cookies or other measurement technologies according to its own policies and the applicable browser settings.
